CHEESE WITH MINT PIES فطائر الجبنة والنعناع





Ingredients

3 Glasses Flour + 2 Tea spoon Yeast
2 Tea spoon Biking powder
1Cofee cup Sugar + dash Salt
4 Table spoon Milk powder
1Tea cup Cooking Oil
1+ ½ Glass Water


Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together , then start to add the water until you got the soft , solid dough , and leave it for yeasting for one hour.
Then shape like little balls like burger bread , and paint the face of the dough WITH egg white mix WITH milk, put it inside the oven ( 180 degrees) for 15 minutes , then make it red from top and take it out , cut it from the middle , and stuffs it WITH white CHEESE or feta CHEESE mix WITH fresh mince MINT ..And serve it...
